Relational Supervision (remote via phone/online and face to face)

Relational Supervision
It is my hope and intention that our work together will feel more like a ‘collaboration’ process, than a supervision. In any supervision session I strive to provide and support a reflective exploration where we can consider the therapeutic relationship and how it is impacting on the client, on you, and also on me. In this way we focus on the relationships involved, rather than simply objectifying a client. I currently offer supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors. Any work where we are allowing ourselves to be affected by people can have an impact, so I am also concerned to encourage an attitude that is acknowledging of this, and takes care of you.

I am on the UKCP approved supervisors list

My approach is Humanistic and Integrative - meaning I have learned and continue to learn and develop my practice from the many different schools of thought about therapy.
