I am particularly interested in creative writing as a way to support self-expression and self-agency. I have spent many years immersed in various groups, courses, workshops and trainings exploring different forms of writing.
I have long been engaged in ongoing research and writing on the subject of Complex PTSD and am passionate about developing practices and policies that support and help children, adults and families.
